Theme camps take effort and materials to set up and run, a theme camp may require a financial or participatory contribution from those in the camp to cover costs and get things done. Theme camps (and Kiwiburn as a whole) is non commercial and all camps should be run on a not for profit basis.

Your submission will be reviewed by members of the Kiwiburn Committee and any issues will be raised with you directly before a posting is made on the Theme Camp register.
